Tesamorelin is a synthetic growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analogue used as a laboratory tool compound to investigate growth hormone–releasing hormone receptor (GHRHR) signaling and downstream endocrine pathway dynamics in preclinical experimental systems.
